Advice in an Emergency

There are a number of helplines available if you have concerns about sexual health or contraception. Some are free from a landline but calls may be charged if made from mobile phones.

The Contraceptive Education Service provides a nationwide information service for men and women. Trained staff can answer your questions on contraception, family planning, sexual health, sexual health (GUM) clinics, as well as on other organisations that can help you.
